Gangotri-Yamunotri-Kedarnath-Badrinath

Duration:  11 Nights/ 12 Days

ITINERARY

Day-1  Departure to Haridwar (205 Kms).

Day-2  Arrival at Haridwar. Proceed to Rishikesh (24 Kms), Visit Shivananda Ashram, Ram jhoola, Swarg Ashram, Geeta Ashram, Lakshman Jhoola. Proceed to Barkot (216 Kms / 7 hrs). Check into Hotel

Day-3  departure to Hanumanchatti (32 kms / 1.5 hrs). Later take a local jeep to Janakichatti to shorten your trek by 5 Kms. Proceed to Yamunotri temple by walk / pony / doli. (Approximate charges for both ways by horse would be ‘800/- to ‘1,200/- and doli ‘2,500/- to 3,500/- Approx). Return to Barkot.

Day-4  Proceed to Uttarkashi (100 Kms./ 4 Hrs). Upon arrival, Check into hotel.

Day-5  departure to Gangotri (100 Kms. / 5 hrs). Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a Holy Dip in the sacred Ganges, Perform Pooja and return to Uttarkshi

Day-6  Departure to Srinagar (160 Kms. / 8 hrs). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight Stay.

Day-7  Depart from Srinagar to Rudraprayag (34 Kms.), the confluence point of 2 Holy rivers – Alaknanda & Mandakini and then drive to Rampur (65 Kms.), check into Hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day-8  Proceed to Sonprayag (4 Kms.) then to Gaurikund (5 Kms.) by Govt. Jeep. and later Proceed to Kedarnath (17 Kms.) by pony. After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, return to Rampur. Overnight stay. Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Early morning proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad. Later, proceed to Kedarnath Temple by walk (1 Km.). After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, return to Helipad to board the Helicopter back to Rampur. Overnight stay.

Day-9  Departure to Badrinath (238 kms. / 12 hrs). Upon arrival, check into hotel. Overnight stay.

Day-10  Morning after darshan of Shri Badrinath ji, visit Mana village, the last village before the Indo – Tibetan border. After Lunch drive to Pipalkoti (79 Kms. / 4 hrs). Upon arrival, check into hotel. Overnight stay.

Day-11  Departure to Haridwar (240 Kms. / 10 hrs). Have Holy bath in Ganges, and Aarati in the Ganges at Hari-Ki-Pauri in the evening. After dinner proceed to Delhi (205 Kms. / 5 hrs.). Night Journey.
